Thanks for sharing that. A wish list isn¹t an implementation plan, but it¹s
good to know that quality public education might be a vision.

(Although I am always offended when they say they want to improve the
quality of math and science teachers because most of the teachers I know are
already doing the best job they can within the limits of their resources.
Almost all the teachers on this list are more than highly qualified.)
